Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All yarns are dyed in small batches in our studio in the Netherlands.

Ready-to-ship items: Dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Dyed-to-order items: Processing time before shipment will be communicated when the Dyed-to-order section opens. If there is a delay after closing, this will be communicated on the website and via social media.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and dyed-to-order items, everything will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

During busy periods (shop updates, seasonal sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. I will always communicate delays on the website or via social media.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Netherlands

All Dutch orders are shipped with PostNL.

Standard parcel shipping: €6,95 (calculated at checkout)

Letterbox shipping: Not available yet, we're working on this!
Tracking is included for most packages.

European Union

EU orders are shipped with PostNL International.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.

United Kingdom

Shipping to the UK is available.
Please note that VAT and import duties may be charged upon delivery according to UK import rules.

International (Outside EU)

International orders are shipped via PostNL International and your local postal service.

Delivery usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on destination

Tracking is included whenever available for your country
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import fees, or taxes.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

I legally cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue the contents.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect shipping information.
If an order is returned to me, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside my control.
If you believe your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact me and I will help where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by the postal service.
