Yarn care

It is normal and common for hand dyed yarn to bleed. I recommend you rinse the yarn in cold water to remove excess bleeding before using the yarn. Bleeding is particular with darker/saturated colors, please keep this in mind.
Despite working with superwash yarn, I recommend you handwash your finished garments in cold/room temperature water with a drop of woolwash and lay flat to dry.

Shipping

I try to ship in stock yarn between 1-5 work days.
Pre-orders will ship as soon as they're dyed up. This estimate will be in the pre-order info.

Package arrival time
Netherlands: 1-3 days
Europe: 2-10 days
Rest: 2-4 weeks
These are estimates. As soon as I drop off the package, it is out of my control how long it will take.

International orders
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional (customs) fees that might occur during delivery.
